The site is triangular in shape with a slight negative slope towards the Cumbaya valley. The city code allowed us to build up to 2 story houses or blocks, for the maximum occupation and number of units we projected 3 blocks of row houses of 2 stories including 3 bedrooms plus a basement for 2 parking spaces, storage and laundry room; and a block of 8 apartments arranging 4 units in the first 2 floors below the ground level and 4 units in the next 2 floors with and accessible terrace, all apartments with an open view towards the valley. The main structure of the houses and building are made with walls of reinforced concrete. The site where the project was constructed a few years before ‘Arezzo’ which is located next to it. Each unit takes great natural light and are very independent from each other, its users enjoy the outside gardens and communal areas.
